Own the Future.

The founder. The verticals. The traction. The family.

01 — The Founder

The Founder.

Shaurya. Age 16. Weddington HS, Charlotte, NC. Targeting Mechanical Engineering and Business tracks. Founder and operator, h3ros Innovations.

Mission. Ship products that matter across design, engineering, robotics, and technology — and build the ecosystem that lets others ship too.

Goal. Grow h3ros into a multi-vertical company that ships real products, earns real revenue, and stands among the builders that defined this generation.

Edge. Full-stack across hardware and software. Fusion 360 · Bambu X1C · Next.js · FastAPI · MediaPipe · Neo4j · Supabase. Concept to finished part, end to end.

02 — The Vision

The Vision.

h3ros is not a product. It's an ecosystem. Four verticals. One brand. A platform where the future gets built — by us, and eventually by others.

T3RRA · AgTech Robotics. FOUND3RY · AI Startup OS. HERM3S · Gesture HCI. CR3ATE · Design + Manufacturing.

03 — The Problems

The Problems.

T3RRA. Soil sampling is slow, manual, inconsistent. Farmers spend hours collecting by hand; data comes back mislabeled and unsorted. ClimateSense needs autonomous, RFID-tracked collection. Nothing on the market does it.

FOUND3RY.Most early ideas die in the gap between concept and execution. Founders need analysts, planners, specialists — and can't afford a team. Generic AI doesn't fill the gap.

HERM3S.CAD inputs haven't changed in 30 years. Mouse and keyboard, still. Gesture and touch are the obvious next interface. Nobody has built it right.

CR3ATE. The design-product shelf splits two ways: novelty items that break, or generic things with no soul. CR3ATE ships objects that are beautiful, functional, and yours — designed and printed on demand.

04 — The Solutions

The Solutions.

T3RRA.Terrain Extraction & Resource Recognition Automation. Autonomous LIDAR-guided rover navigates farmland independently. Suction-based sample collection — zero human handling. RFID-tagged containers — every sample tracked, labeled, traceable. First unit contracted to ClimateSense.

FOUND3RY. Your AI co-founder, ops team, and strategy partner. Upload your knowledge base — ask source-specific questions. Phased idea development with detailed analysis and execution plans. Industry-based idea generation. Specialized agents: legal, financial, marketing, technical.

HERM3S. Gesture-first computer control, starting with CAD. Camera-based hand tracking — 2D cursor control already working. Goal: replace mouse and keyboard in CAD environments. Capacitive touch and gesture as the new standard. Built with MediaPipe, OpenCV — runs on consumer hardware today.

CR3ATE. Design-forward products that are functional, not gimmicky. Custom lithophane lightboxes — the FAMBO line — proven over holiday sales. Licensed product files in production now. Roadmap: 3D print farm → metal printing → machining. Every product designed in-house, printed on Bambu X1C.

05 — Traction

Traction.

Real signals. Real momentum.

LIVE. FOUND3RY prototype. Initial users onboarding end of next week.

2D. HERM3S cursor control. Move, click, drag via MacBook camera — working today.

SOLD. CR3ATE FAMBO units. Custom lithophane lightboxes sold to customers over holidays.

DEAL. T3RRA × ClimateSense. First contract signed — demand already exists.

06 — Market Opportunity

Market Opportunity.

T3RRA — Precision agriculture and autonomous farm robotics. $4.8B market, 19% CAGR.

FOUND3RY — AI productivity and startup tools SaaS. $21B market, 28% CAGR.

HERM3S — Gesture recognition and HCI technology. $9.2B market, 22% CAGR.

CR3ATE — 3D-printed consumer products and design licensing. $6.1B market, 15% CAGR.

07 — Business Model

Business Model.

T3RRA. B2B contract. Unit sales and service contracts to agricultural companies. First customer: ClimateSense. Growth path: farming cooperatives and research institutions.

FOUND3RY. SaaS subscription. Free tier → Pro ($29/mo) → Team ($99/mo). Growth path: enterprise licensing to accelerators and incubators.

HERM3S. Software licensing (TBD). Build, demo, validate with power users. Growth path: license to Autodesk, PTC, or ship as a standalone hardware device.

CR3ATE. DTC plus licensing. Direct product sales and licensed-file subscriptions. FAMBO line expanding SKUs. Growth path: print farm → metal printing → machining.

08 — Part of the WKH Family

Part of the WKH Family.

h3ros is part of the WKH family. Not a contract; a household. The four verticals get a home, mentors, ecosystem access, and a customer pipeline already inside the family.

What that means. Engineering talent on tap. Legal, entity structuring, and contract review handled where it should be. Introductions to partners, mentors, customers already in the network. A builder who ships without hand-holding gets a family that ships beside him.

Age 16. Zero team. One printer. Four verticals already real. A first contract signed. A working gesture demo. A holiday sales record. Imagine what comes next when one builder ships inside a family.
